For many of us, it is more than just finding the next job. It’s about rethinking what we want from our work and how we define success. I was eight years old and genuinely proud of those results. I had already done my own internal postmortem. Yes, I could have focused more, but I got an A. I was satisfied and already looking forward to my summer break.
